Refund and Returns Policy

At Royal Decor Furniture Cape Town, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, we are here to help.

1. Return Window

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 14 days of delivery.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be new, unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

3. Return Method

You may return your items using one of the following methods:

  • In-Store: Visit our warehouse at Montague Park, Emerald Road, Cape Town.
  • By Mail: You may ship the item back to our physical address.

4. Return Fees & Shipping

  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees.

5. Refunds & Processing

Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days via your original payment method.

6. Exchanges

Please note that we do not currently accept exchanges. If you require a different item, please follow the return process and place a new order.
