1. Return Window
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 14 days of delivery.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be new, unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
3. Return Method
You may return your items using one of the following methods:
- In-Store: Visit our warehouse at Montague Park, Emerald Road, Cape Town.
- By Mail: You may ship the item back to our physical address.
4. Return Fees & Shipping
- Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is defective or incorrect.
- Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees.
5. Refunds & Processing
Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days via your original payment method.
6. Exchanges
Please note that we do not currently accept exchanges. If you require a different item, please follow the return process and place a new order.
